Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
Video shows a test in a HV laboratory of a switch manufacturer that was trying to optimize a switch to work beyond 20 KV. See what happens when the voltage is incremented, how ionization takes place, where does it take place and what happens next. The test was performed using Ofil DayCor Luminar. This kind of test was already performed by the manufacturer, but for the first time it was possible to see where the discharge takes place.
