HOW DO I SIGN UP TO ELKADAYA?

Account will be created automatically the first time Customers place an order. Customers shall use the same e-mail address and password the next time they want to order.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it.

HOW DO IF I FORGET USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
  • If you've forgotten your username, you can sign in using your email address.
  • If you've forgotten your password, select Reset your password and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset it. Alternatively, you can request a temporary password to be sent to your mobile phone, provided you've registered a mobile phone number on your eBay account.
  • If you're having trouble signing in, try the following solutions:
  • Make sure you're entering your username and password correctly, and that caps lock on your keyboard is off.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All your orders are sent via courier or Other way as dealing between buyer and Elkadaya sales

  1. Please transfer the amount with 3 last digits and then click continue shopping for more purchased
  2. Check your email for order confirmation
  3. Please click confirm payment button if you have complete the payment
  4. Enter data payment for confirmation
  5. Uploud/Browse your payment proof by clicking drop your file here button and then click submit button
  6. please wait while we are validating your payment and procceed your order
  7. check your email for tracking your order status
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
  • Sign in at the top, right-hand side of web page
  • Click on My Account
  • Select Account Information under Account
  • Complete information required (first name, last name, e-mail) and thick Change Password
  • Provide your current and new password, and click Save to save your changes
